Did you know that your post-workout recovery routine can help make your workouts and healthy lifestyle choices even more beneficial? Stretch. I love doing a quick, 3-5 minute cool-down stretch routine after my workouts to help reduce any muscle stiffness while helping my body get back to its resting place. I also love using a foam roller to help soothe any areas that are especially tight or sore. And a good cool-down will help refocus your mind and keep stress at bay!
