Was skeptical about this product at first and when I got them I first looked at the ingredient list, I seen the serving size was approximately 7 cookies. I tasted my first and was like hmmmm then the second I ate half at a time. It was quite nice, no sugar rush and when I ate the 7 I was very satisfied . I have since purchased all of the flavors and love them all.
